Ana Lía Rojas Loyola is an accomplished leader with over 24 years of experience in the electricity sector, spanning the entire value chain. She has held senior leadership roles in both the public and private sectors, including serving as Chief of Staff at the National Energy Commission and as a manager for renewable energy developers, operators, and multinational manufacturers. Specialized in renewable energy and its critical role in emission reduction and climate change mitigation, Ana Lía is also a recognized public speaker and educator in energy programs and diplomas across various universities. She is a two-time recipient of the “100 Women Leaders” award by El Mercurio and Mujeres Empresarias (2021 and 2024). Ana Lía is the founder and first President of the Women in Energy Association of Chile, a pioneering initiative promoting gender equity in the energy sector. In 2024, she represented Chile as a keynote speaker at major energy conferences in Argentina, Colombia, Peru, Spain, and Paraguay. She was also invited by the President of Chile, H.E. Gabriel Boric Font, to join the official business delegation on renewable energy and storage, traveling to Germany, Sweden, the UAE (Abu Dhabi and Dubai). Ana Lía holds a degree in Economics and Business Sciences from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
