Previously, he served as Undersecretary of Energy at the Ministry of Energy (2019–2022). He has also held roles such as Chief of Staff and Coordinator of Water and Sanitation Policies at the Ministry of Public Works (2018–2019), Legislative Director at Libertad y Desarrollo, Advisor at the Budget Office of the Ministry of Finance, and Partner at Fontaine, Uriarte y López – FUL Consultores.
