Nicolás Ferla is President of Power Minerals and a Partner at MHR Martínez de Hoz & Rueda, a full-service law firm with strong expertise in mining and natural resources investment structuring in Argentina. With more than 15 years of experience in the mining sector, Nicolás has advised national and international companies across the entire project lifecycle — from early-stage exploration through to development, financing and production. His practice combines deep knowledge of corporate structuring, M&A, project finance, regulatory and environmental frameworks, supporting companies in navigating complex legal and operational environments.
