Born in the city of San Salvador de Jujuy, he attended primary and secondary levels in said town, and then move to the city of Córdoba Capital to attend the National Technological University, where he studied chemical engineering, also obtaining the intermediate title of University Technician in Chemistry, and doing an academic exchange scholarship in the city of Karlsruhe, Germany. After working several years in the province of Buenos Aires in the private sector, He returns to Jujuy to dedicate himself to the environment, starting as a technician in the Municipality of San Salvador de Jujuy, where in a short time he reached the position of Deputy Director of Environmental Management. At the same time, he began his postgraduate studies at the Catholic University of Salta, obtaining the Master's degree in Management in 2023 Environmental. In 2017 he moved to the provincial government to serve as Director of Supervision and Environmental Liabilities of the Ministry of Environmental Quality Secretariat of Environment of Jujuy. It remains there until November 2018, where it is produced a restructuring of the Ministry, remaining in charge of said Secretariat until the end 2023. He currently works as Mining Sustainability Coordinator at the Ministry of Mining and Hydrocarbons of Jujuy.
