Salvatore Di Giovanni is Head of the Investment Promotion Division at InvestChile, the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency of Chile. This Division is in charge of formulating and implementing sectoral strategies and business plans to attract investment, including sectors such as energy, infrastructure, global services, tourism, venture capital, mining and food industry. Salvatore leads a multidisciplinary and multicultural team of business development managers who serve the entire investment cycle of InvestChile’s clients. Previously at InvestChile, he has been leading investment facilitation initiatives and the practice of attracting companies in global and digital services with a special focus on digital infrastructure. Before joining InvestChile, he held management positions related to economic development projects in different regions of Chile, business consulting in investment projects and innovation programs. Salvatore is a Veterinary Doctor from the University of Chile, has a Master in Quantitative Finance and a Master in Logistics Management, both from the University of Sydney. He also has diplomas in industrial engineering and international business. Participation and leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
