Fernando Galante is Partner & CEO of Chimpay, a financial boutique and Global Investment Advisor (AAGI) regulated by the CNV, with extensive experience in investment strategy, capital markets, and corporate finance. With over 15 years of experience leading financial and investment initiatives, Fernando has played a key role in building and structuring investment platforms, corporate advisory capabilities, and financial product strategies. At Chimpay, he led the development of both the investment and corporate divisions, and currently oversees the firm’s strategic direction as CEO and Head of Strategy for the investment team. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with companies, investors, and institutions, supporting portfolio construction, financial structuring, and investment decision-making across dynamic market environments. In parallel, Fernando is Co-owner and CEO of Puramun Wines, where he manages the financial strategy, international commercialisation, and global market relationships of an export-oriented winery, bringing a cross-industry perspective on business growth and capital allocation. He has also held roles in financial advisory, economic analysis, and academia, including experience as an economic analyst at the U.S. Embassy and as a university professor in public finance. Recognised for his ability to connect financial strategy with real business execution, Fernando provides a comprehensive perspective on how capital is structured, deployed, and managed to support growth across industries and markets.
