José Gustavo de Castro is a senior executive in the mining and investment sector with over 28 years of international experience leading projects across lithium, gold, silver, potash, and clean energy. As CEO / COO of ARLI Integra Capital, he brings extensive expertise in project development, strategic consulting, and capital structuring across complex and capital-intensive industries. Throughout his career, José Gustavo has led binational teams, overseen large-scale CAPEX projects exceeding USD 1 billion, and coordinated negotiations with governments, investors, and local communities. He combines deep technical knowledge with a strong strategic and financial perspective, supporting the advancement of mining projects from early-stage development through execution. A Qualified Person (QP) under the Canadian Institute of Mining, he is also actively involved in shaping the future of the industry through academic leadership and advisory roles, working with funds, banks, and multilateral organisations.
