The agreement, signed on September 7, 2026, by Stelios Papagrigoriou, CEO and Co-Founder of IN-VR, and Javier Montero, President of REMSA S.A., officially establishes REMSA as a Strategic Ally of The Andean Bridge.
The partnership represents another milestone in the initiative’s regional expansion, making Salta the second Argentine province to join The Andean Bridge ecosystem, following Mendoza.
By bringing REMSA into the initiative, The Andean Bridge strengthens its institutional presence in Northern Argentina and expands its efforts to connect regional mining and energy projects with the expertise, investors and international capital markets needed to support their development.

Salta is an important mining jurisdiction in Argentina, with a growing portfolio of mineral exploration and development opportunities.
However, accessing financing remains a significant challenge for many early-stage projects. Beyond identifying mineral resources, developers must demonstrate technical, legal and financial readiness to attract investment.
The Andean Bridge aims to address this challenge by bringing together project developers, institutional partners, financial advisors and international investors.
Through its three core pillars, Education, Connection and Acceleration, the initiative provides a structured pathway to help projects strengthen their investment readiness and establish relationships with potential financing partners.
REMSA’s incorporation will help extend these opportunities to Salta, strengthening the province’s connections with the international investment community.
The agreement establishes a framework for collaboration and access to investment networks. It does not represent a direct financing commitment or guarantee funding for individual projects.
The signing took place following The Andean Bridge Project Development Workshop – NOA, organised by IN-VR in partnership with Saravia Frías Abogados, with the support of the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) and TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV).
Held in Salta, the workshop brought together approximately 90 participants, including mining executives, project developers, financial advisors, legal specialists and provincial authorities.
The event focused on helping mining projects across Northwest Argentina understand the technical, legal and financial requirements involved in accessing international capital markets.
The participation of international capital market representatives provided an opportunity for regional projects to engage with the institutions and specialists involved in financing mining development.
The agreement with REMSA builds on these conversations, creating a formal institutional connection between Salta and The Andean Bridge’s wider network.
The addition of REMSA reflects The Andean Bridge’s broader mission of building stronger connections between resource-rich regions and the international financial community.
With Mendoza already part of the initiative, Salta’s incorporation extends the platform’s reach into Northern Argentina and creates further opportunities for collaboration across provincial mining ecosystems.
The partnership also reinforces the role of provincial institutions in facilitating project development and helping regional companies navigate the requirements of international investment markets.
The agreement was accompanied by the participation of Gustavo Carrizo, Salta’s Secretary of Mining, and representatives of the regional mining and financial community.
IN-VR also recognised the contribution of Manuel Alderete, Sofia Lanusse and the team at Saravia Frías Abogados, whose collaboration helped bring The Andean Bridge Project Development Workshop to Salta.
The agreement between IN-VR and REMSA represents another step in the development of a more connected mining and energy investment ecosystem across the Andean region.
As The Andean Bridge expands its network of institutional allies, its focus remains on helping projects prepare for investment, build relationships with the right partners and gain access to international capital markets.
For Salta, the partnership creates an additional channel through which local mining and energy projects can engage with global financial institutions and potential investors.
For The Andean Bridge, it marks another step towards creating a regional platform that connects mineral resources and development opportunities with the capital needed to advance them.
