Bernardo Viana is Executive Director at GE21, with over 20 years of experience across geology, mining, and resource evaluation, covering a wide range of commodities and international projects. Throughout his career, he has led and coordinated exploration programs, resource and reserve estimations, technical and economic studies, as well as audits and due diligence processes, working under key international reporting standards including NI 43-101, JORC, S-K 1300, and CBRR. Bernardo brings strong expertise in project valuation, investor relations, and the integration of geological data through advanced modelling and GIS systems. His experience spans multiple jurisdictions, including Latin America, North America, Africa, Asia, and Australia, providing him with a global perspective on mining project development. In addition to his technical background, he has been actively involved in business development and the commercialisation of mining services, software, and technology solutions across the mining and geoscience sectors. He holds a degree in Geology and an MBA in Project Management, and is a recognised Qualified Person (QP), as well as a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists. With a multidisciplinary and international profile, Bernardo provides a comprehensive view on how projects are evaluated, de-risked, and positioned to meet the requirements of global capital markets.
