ndustrial Civil Engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, with a Master's in Data Science from Universidad Adolfo Ibañez. From his position as Head of the Energy Economics and Sustainability Unit at the Ministry of Energy, he has been driving the green hydrogen industry in Chile by analyzing demand, value chains, and tax and financial instruments. He also contributes to national energy development by building knowledge about various energy markets, their economic impact, and their close connection to mitigation and air pollution control strategies. His work includes regulatory analysis of public energy policies and handling a significant amount of energy statistics. Additionally, in 2016, he completed a diploma in Regulation of the Electric Sector at the University of Chile, and in 2018, he undertook an international research internship in Energy Systems Modeling at University College London (UCL) in London, England.
