Regional Industry Manager

Nicolas has more than 25 years of experience in infrastructure, from advisory to investments and debt capital market structuring, and has worked across various regions and markets including West and Central Africa, North Africa, Europe, North America and the Caribbeans. Nicolas has held various leadership positions, first at a commercial bank where he was Global Head of Infrastructure for Debt Capital Markets, and then at IFC, where, as Hub Leader and Chief Investment Officer, he has led teams which delivered several flagship transactions in North and West and Central Africa, notably in key IDA and FCS countries. In September 2023, Nicolas was appointed Regional Industry Manager for Infrastructure in North and the Horn of Africa. He is based in Rabat, Morocco. Nicolas holds a master’s in finance from Sciences Po Paris, France.
